gvh775 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulatory requirements. • Currency: All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), except for USDT transactions, which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 per transaction, subject to the individual limits of the selected payment method.
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your gvh775 wallet in real time. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank via InstaPay) are generally credited within 5–30 minutes during processing hours.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any source that would violate applicable Philippine law. gvh775 may request proof of the source of funds at any time.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals of genuine funds (i.e., deposited funds and winnings derived from real-money wagers) are subject to the following conditions:

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where the conflict arises from a specific game rule that does not contradict the general terms herein.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gvh775 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, interact with live dealer games, or otherwise interact with the gvh775 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or gvh775 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the gvh775 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities, in violation of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act and related regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through such exploitation may be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming first-deposit bonuses or other new-player promotions more than once.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with gvh775 support staff.
• Attempting to access another player's gvh775 account without authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use gvh775 content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any gvh775 content without prior written authorization from gvh775.

Game content provided by third-party game developers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective developers. gvh775's license to operate such content does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you as a player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gvh775 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use gvh775 services, including during periods of platform maintenance or downtime.

• Actions taken by gvh775 in the good-faith enforcement of these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or closure where a violation has been reasonably suspected.

gvh775 does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. Where a liability cannot be excluded by law, gvh775's total liability to you in connection with such a claim shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by you to your gvh775 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gvh775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• Inability to complete KYC verification to gvh775's satisfaction.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal requirement.

Upon termination for breach, gvh775 may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to an active investigation, dispute, or regulatory freeze will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your gvh775 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course following account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

gvh775 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — gvh775 will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the use of gvh775 services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through gvh775's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.

For disputes related to game outcomes specifically, gvh775's server logs and game history records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the events that occurred. Players may request access to their game history records for the purposes of a dispute by contacting gvh775 support.
